Terms and Conditions of Use

1. This site contains proprietary material of the CSCP program, which is protected by copyright and other laws concerning proprietary rights. NSCP owns all Intellectual Property and IP Rights provided hereunder.

2. NSCP will assign each authorized CRC member a unique user ID and password. The CRC authorized member to whom a user ID and password is assigned is the only person who may use that user ID and password to access the CRC Forum.

3. CRC authorized members shall notify CSCP staff (info@nscp.org) of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of their account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of their user ID or password.

4. Authorized CRC members are expressly prohibited from disclosing, publishing, reproducing, or transmitting, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, verbal or written, electronic or mechanical, for any purpose, without the prior express written permission of NSCP.
